Gala and Concert Event @ Crystal Gateway Marriott
Challenge:
RCI Systems provided audio, backline and lighting production support for a concert event featuring platinum recording artist, Musiq Soulchild in a ballroom at the Crystal Gateway Marriott. Challenged by the low ceiling height, absence of rigging points and short throw to the back of the wide room, RCI designed a unique full production approach to ensure quality lighting and audio for a Neo-Soul/R&B band of this caliber.

Corporate Convention @ Grand Hyatt Hotel
Challenge:
Precon Events contracted RCI Systems for a four day corporate convention at the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC. Due to a highly demanding convention schedule, RCI Systems had several quick room resets and changeovers that required technicians who could quickly and efficiently reset, re-patch, and retune an EAW 730 PA.

Alumni Event @ National Museum of Women in the Arts
Challenge:
At an Alumni Event at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, RCI Systems was met with the challenge of providing a bright enough video projection onto a backdrop surrounded by equally bright up lighting and décor items. This exciting stage design which included a dais with comfy-chairs, coffee table, and green plant accents presented a number of physical obstacles making projection a challenge.
